Buying a home while your current one is not on the market yet can feel overwhelming. Most people get worried about timing, money, and whether everything can fall into place before someone else buys the home they want. The good news is that with the right plan, it is absolutely possible. Here is a real example from a current client I am helping right now.

When Timing Feels Impossible

My clients recently found a home in Verona that they instantly loved. It had everything they were looking for and the price made sense for their budget. The only problem was that their current home in Churchville was not listed yet. They needed the proceeds from that sale in order to buy the home in Verona.

This is a situation that stops a lot of people from moving forward. But it does not have to.
